Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Xmasify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Xmasify for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by 20 Miles Ltd at any time.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Xmasify and for any activities or actions under your password.

User Content

The materials within Xmasify are provided on an 'as is' basis. 20 Miles Ltd makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall 20 Miles Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Xmasify.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
